FABRIC
For our first approach, we investigate the broadest variety of fabrics. After classifying the fabric list in accordance with the specifications of the customer, we send it off to be dyed.
DYEING
In addition to water effluent treatment plants, our dyeing operation, which is located on the outskirts of Tajpur Road in Ludhiana, has the capacity to execute sample programs and bulk production. It is equipped with both automatic and manual lab dip machines.
CUTTING
We have an amazing selection of appliqué work and unusual embroidery in up to 12 colors to fit any style of clothing. Our computer-aided embroidery is also entirely customizable.
EMBROIDERY

PRINTING
All types of prints, including foil, sticker, pigment, discharge, non-pvc, plastisol, high density, gel, and matte prints, are created in-house and confer additional value to the clothing.
SEWING
We enjoy the luxury of offering the largest selection of stitching styles to accommodate customers worldwide.
CHECKING
The Inspection Unit’s job is to make sure the Buyers’ Specifications and Quality are fulfilled.
IRONING
Stream ironing the finished products to pack rapidly. Garments are steam processed.
PACKING
After being carefully packed in the appropriate packaging, they are shipped inside the carton.
SAMPLING
Sample orders are being processed within a set timeframe. The costs for sampling are accurate.
